Launch of Miniplast Ladies: A New Chapter in Empowerment

Miniplast Ltd proudly celebrated a major milestone with the official launch of its women’s group Miniplast Ladies an initiative dedicated to empowering women across all levels of the organization, while fostering a culture of inclusivity, mentorship, and leadership development.

Held on 31^st October 2025, the launch event featured breast cancer screening and brought together staff in a vibrant, inspiring ceremony that reaffirmed the Company’s commitment to gender equity and professional growth.

During the event, the Committee’s mission and vision were formally unveiled, highlighting a shared purpose: to create mentorship opportunities, build supportive networks, and amplify women’s voices within the workplace and beyond.

The newly appointed Chairperson and Executive Members, representing diverse departments across the company, were introduced each bringing unique experience and passion to the Miniplast Ladies body. In her address, the Chairperson emphasized collaboration, continuous learning, and empowerment as the group’s guiding pillars.

The enthusiastic support from both management and male colleagues underscored the importance of this initiative in advancing Miniplast’s broader inclusion agenda. The event concluded with a symbolic cake-cutting ceremony and team bonding activities, setting the tone for an exciting new chapter in women’s leadership at Miniplast.

Looking ahead, Miniplast Ladies is preparing to launch its first mentorship programme and other impactful initiatives that will continue to inspire and uplift women across the organization.
